I've been religiously taking apple cider vinegar for years now. I was excited to see the Goli gummies when they first came out and had to try them! I love taking ACV for the fullness effect it gives me, that helps me prevent late night pointless snacking.

Although, I do prefer the classic apple cider vinegar I will be keeping the gummies on hand for times when I'm running late or need a quick option.. sometimes taking the vinegar out, mixing it with water and getting out a straw does take longer than popping a gummy into my mouth and going on with my day!
