How to have confidence at any weight

Have you seen the pictures of Adele’s weight-loss? Are you wanting to feel more confident in your body? Or maybe, what you’re really wondering is, how can I feel better about myself when I don’t know how to do that? Also, a little bonus at the end will be how to deal with that scenario of weight loss and people telling you ‘You look great now!’ (Did I not look okay before?)

So if I were to describe my channel; it's kind of self help with a good bit of celebrity analysis. Really looking at their mentality, their relationships, and really thinking how can we use this information to better understand ourselves, analyzing toxic relationships, red flags, celeb relationships, seeing how astrology plays into it all and really trying to be our best selves out of what we can learn from them.
